35-Story Domus Brickell Center Announced, Sales Begin for Luxury Short-Term Rentals

A new 35-story tower, Domus FLATS, has been announced with sales already underway.

Domus Brickell Center will feature 579 fully finished and furnished units designed for short-term rentals, with prices ranging from the $500,000s to $1.5 million. Located just a block away from Brickell’s Metrorail and Metromover stations, the development stands out with a dedicated management company to ensure top-tier services and brand standards.

North Development, a partnership between Oak Capital and Edifica, is behind this project, with Miami’s Studio Mc+G Architecture as the architect and Urban Robot Associates handling interior design.

With Thornton Construction as the general contractor, the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
