Perched above the city, our rooftop pool and private cabanas offer an escape that feels worlds away — without ever leaving.
Rooftop pool cabanas are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Package services are available for registered guests only at the Domus location listed on their reservation confirmation and during the dates of their stay.
Domus Flats accepts packages delivered via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We are unable to accept responsibility for failed delivery attempts, misplaced packages, or deliveries sent through alternative carriers. Domus reserves the right to refuse packages that do not meet these guidelines.
Packages weighing under 25lbs are complimentary if retrieved within 24 hours of delivery. Packages not collected within 24 hours will incur a storage fee of $5/day. Packages over 25lbs will incur a handling and storage fee of $10/day.
To retrieve a package, the registered guest must visit a Valet Attendant and present a valid form of identification at the time of pickup.

Domus Brickell Park offers 24-Hour Valet Service ($49/night plus taxes) with in/out privileges; self-parking is not available.
Designated EV Charging stations are available on-site for $10, which guarantees up to 4 hours of charging. Requests for EV Charging can be made from the Domus Flats app, or by speaking with a Valet Attendant outside.
