Groundbreaking Held at Brickell Condominium Development

Miami, FL – March 22, 2024

The groundbreaking ceremony was held, and construction is underway at Domus Brickell, a 12-story condominium building. Located in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Domus offers 171 fully furnished flats ranging from studio to two-bedroom apartments. The flats are designed to combine the convenience of and service of a hotel with the comforts of home. Amenities include a 4,200 square foot lobby and gathering space, rooftop pool deck, café, wine and beer bar, gourmet market, garden lounge, state-of-the-art gym and steam room. Completion is expected in Winter 2025.
