Domus Brickell is slated for a 2025 delivery. The 12-story building will comprise 171 furnished residences, ranging from studios to two-bedroom units. They will measure 330 square feet to 979 square feet.

Miami Residential reports that the venture is presently in its pre-construction phase, and homes are expected to start at $480,000. The Real Deal notes that owners cannot reside in their homes for more than six months out of the year. This arrangement intends to mitigate disputes between condo owners and visiting renters.

Amenities include a pool deck.

Communal amenities include a fitness center and co-working areas. A 4,200-square-foot lobby with “the Peacock Room” will have a beer and wine bar, café, and bakery.

There is also a rooftop pool deck with grills, cabanas, and a hot tub. Construction is expected to start at the end of 2023 and last 24 months. North at Brickell purchased the 0.6-acre build site for $8.9 million in the first quarter of 2022.

Completion’s slated for 2025.

Zyscovich Architects is the architect, and Urban Root is the interior designer. Domus Brickell’s address is 1611 SW 2nd Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33139, in Miami-Dade County. The venture is within walking distance of LoanDepot Park and south of the Dolphin Expressway.
